Product Overview:

The 1500 series Barcode WAND Scanner includes several different Barcode WAND Scanner contact readers.  Barcode WAND Scanners automatically discriminate and read UPC/EAN, CODE 93, CODE 39, CODE 128, Interleaved 2 of 5, and CODABAR. UPC/EAN with 2 or 5 digit addendum is available as a programmable option.  All 1500 Barcode WAND Scanners have a rugged metal casing, which will protect the scanner from mechanical shocks, as well as from the wear and tear of everyday use.  Readers are able to enter data accurately, at speeds much higher than traditional data entry methods.  The power consumption of the 1500 Barcode WAND Scanners is excellent for a marginal power supply and for battery powered applications.  The 1500 series Barcode WAND Scanners are available in RS232, Wand/TTL and keyboard emulation interfaces.
